Please report injury incidents and accidents

When to report
Any incidence during a practice session or during a game, that may have caused a Saratoga Little League player, coach, manager, umpire, or volunteer to receive medical treatment and/or first aid must be reported to the Saratoga Little League Safety Officer. Also, any evaluations and diagnosis of the extent of an injury must be reported as well.

How to file a report

• Step 1) Download the accident report pdf form (click here) and complete it to its fullest. You can also find all the forms here.
• Step 2) Email the completed form to Saratoga Little League Safety Officer, Attn: James Campagna. His email id is safety@saratogall.org
